It trips me out that the human brain is such a vast and virtually unknown scientific phenomenon. I read somewhere once that scientists know less about the intricacies of the human brain than they do about our oceans. It really is the last frontier. Why you never see a fat squirrel…

Everyone knows that eating whole foods is the right thing to strive for these days, and well, since the beginning of time really. Exercise frequently, eat whole foods that have one ingredient and are nutrient dense. It is a simple equation really. Right?
