Morning Mango Delight Smoothie

Fast-digesting fruit is best eaten on an empty stomach. Sometimes I think that I can just throw anything in my Vitamix and it will be amazing, but that is not always the case! This combination of yellow and orange fruits makes for a pretty smoothie and the addition of the egg white protein will give you sustained energy for hours.


1 Medium orange, peeled and halved

1 Mango, or 1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 banana

1/2 medium apple, seeded

1 cup ice cubes

1 scoop egg white protein, vanilla flavored (MRM brand is good)

1 cup filtered water, or coconut water


1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
